Welcome to Pursue the Pull (“the App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including all features, tools, AI-generated content, financial projections, pitch deck scoring, resources, templates, and related services (“Services”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Pursue the Pull Ltd.
- “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to anyone accessing or using the App.
- “Services” refers to all features within the App, including AI scoring, financial projections, templates, resources, and networking tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. No Professional Advice
The App may provide:
- AI-generated pitch deck feedback
- Financial projections
- Templates
- Business suggestions
- Readiness scores
- Educational resources
These do NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or business advice.
We are not accountants, lawyers, investment advisors, or financial professionals.
You agree that:
- You will not rely solely on information from the App for financial or business decisions.
- You will seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that:
- Your pitch deck will secure investment
- Your business will succeed
- Your financial projections will be accurate
- Your investor readiness score is correct
- Any AI-generated output is complete, error-free, or suitable for your purpose
All outputs are estimates, opinions, and automated predictions, not factual promises.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, financial loss, business loss, or indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
- This includes losses from:
- Incorrect or inaccurate financial projections
- Incorrect AI-generated pitch deck feedback
- Decisions you make based on scores or recommendations
- Inability to secure investment
- Errors, bugs, downtime, or service interruptions
- Third-party links, suppliers, or connections in the App
You use the App entirely at your own risk.
6. No Liability for AI Generated Content
All AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs may be unreliable and should be verified independently
- We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of AI content
- We are not responsible for any outcome that results from using AI-generated material
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the App lawfully
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
- Take responsibility for decisions made based on the App’s outputs
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App (except user-uploaded materials) is owned by Pursue the Pull Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the App without permission.
9. User-Generated Content
By uploading pitch decks, financial data, or materials to the App, you confirm that:
- You own or have rights to use the materials
- You grant us a license to process the materials for the purposes of operating the App
We do not claim ownership of your pitch decks or data.
10. Availability & Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate any terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
- United Kingdom, if your company is registered in the UK
- Or the country where your company is established
