Expect to invest 5โ10 hours per week. This includes your live session, implementing your weekly tasks, and any 1:1 time. The more you put in, the faster you move.
That's exactly what the support structure is for. You'll have direct access to coaching and a community to help you push through, you won't be left to figure it out alone.
